KIRIN毎日続ける脳力トレーニング is a free brain training app that combines brain training and health features. Developed based on Kirin's neuroscience research conducted in collaboration with universities and local governments, the app offers 5 different brain training exercises. Each exercise has multiple levels, with difficulty increasing as you clear your goals. This allows you to customize your training based on your brain's abilities.
The app includes the following brain training exercises:
1. Memory Training: Remember the colors and shapes of robots and recall the entire robot from its parts.
2. Speed Training: Quickly find specified shapes among various shapes.
3. Flexibility Training: Follow the rules and select flowers in the specified order.
4. Concentration Training: Answer the colors and shapes of previous train cars while watching a series of train cars.
5. Calmness Training: Classify shapes based on two criteria - numbers and colors.
In addition to brain training, the app also features 8 health management functions. You can record various aspects of your daily life, including exercise, meals, water intake, sleep, weight, and the intake of functional ingredient "β-lactolin" found in Kirin's "β-lactolin" product. The app can also sync with Apple Health to automatically track your steps.
With KIRIN毎日続ける脳力トレーニング, you can check your current cognitive abilities through the results of brain training exercises and improve your brain power. The app also includes a calendar feature where you can collect stamps by completing daily brain training sessions, helping you establish a brain training habit.
Please note that the app is compatible with iOS 13 and later devices. However, some devices may not support the app even if they meet the minimum OS version requirements. The compatibility may also change in future updates. The app is not guaranteed to work on tablet devices.
